Terms and Conditions

Advance Purchase Policy

Advance Purchase reservations are fully prepaid, non-refundable, and non-cancellable. The full room rate and applicable taxes will be charged at the time of booking. Additional incidental charges, such as parking, may apply during your stay. No changes or refunds are permitted.

Age Requirement

Guests must be 18 years of age or older and present a valid passport or U.S. driver’s license at check-in.

Payment & Deposit Policy

A valid credit card is required to guarantee all reservations. A security deposit will be collected at check-in. If a guest wishes to use a credit card belonging to another individual, a credit card authorization form must be completed by the cardholder prior to arrival. Parking Policy

Limited self-parking is available for $25 per night. Parking is located in our underground garage and accommodates most standard-size vehicles. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a vehicle, as parking availability is limited. Guests with oversized vehicles should contact the front desk prior to arrival.

Pet Policy

Pets are not permitted on the property.

Non-Smoking Policy

Beacon Suites Hotel is a 100% non-smoking property. Smoking in guest rooms will result in a $250 cleaning and deodorizing fee and may require immediate departure at management’s discretion. Smoking in public areas is strictly prohibited and may result in removal from the property.

Reservations may be canceled up to 48 hours prior to 3:00 PM check-in time to avoid a cancellation fee. This policy also applies to no-shows and early departures. A cancellation confirmation number is required to validate the cancellation. This policy does not apply to reservations booked through third-party websites or Advance Purchase rates.
